Case Study

The Need.

Our client, a business owner in the cleaning industry, had a lot of ideas about how to stay competitive and grow their business. With so many ideas, they struggled to execute any of them. In order to move forward, they recognized that they needed to change their approach, choose a path, and introduce accountability. That’s when they contacted us.

The Solution.

To help our client manage all those ideas we implemented our Strategy 101 solution and helped them set one key goal. Through this workshop, they emerged with a framework for planning, executing, and staying accountable as they worked to achieve their chosen goal. After the workshop, we provided continued support for six months, coaching our client to ensure they successfully executed each step toward their strategic goal.
